Her work focuses on the relationship between original and reproduction, and it results in two-dimensional and three-dimensional drawing, animation and sound installation. Her reproductions are often materials or waste after the production of art works and exhibitions, but her work also seeks to explore drawing conceptually through absence and presence.

Recent exhibitions include Condition Report at Städtische Galerie Delmenhorst, In the Collection at Trondheim Kunstmuseum, A Set of Lines, A Stack of Paper at Karst Projects in Plymouth, ELSEWHERE, Observations on Islands at Franz-Josefs-Kai 3 in Vienna, Living in the Material World at Galerie im Taxispalais in Innsbruck and at Kunstmuseen Krefeld, Museum Haus Lange. www.anemettehol.com
