François Curlet (b.1967, Paris) lives and works in Brussels. As a manipulator of objects and signs, he produces work by the close scrutiny of manifestations in the world. To nurture his artistic approach, this unclassifiable artist performs conceptual somersaults between environments, employing daily life as a main source of inspiration. As a multidisciplinary artist, he creates a change of meaning by bringing together ideas and forms from various contexts in a seemingly natural fashion.
