To celebrate the finissage of her Work/Travail/Arbeid, Anne Teresa De Keersmaeker speaks in conversation with French dancer-choreographer Jérôme Bel.
Bel is perhaps best known for his challenging of the conventions of dance, which will be the subject of this discussion—both in relation to Bel’s work and in relation to Work/Travail/Arbeid and the particular questions De Keersmaeker poses with it to both dance conventions and exhibition conventions.
