This autumn, WIELS offers healthy and sustainable cooking workshops. Cooking in small groups, you'll craft delicious recipes using fresh, seasonal produce.
Discover various culinary approaches that blend nutrition with flavor: vegan cuisine, creative recipes, gluten-free options, and natural sugar alternatives. Each session is an opportunity to share knowledge and connect with participants while developing your cooking skills.

The workshops are modular, allowing you to register for a single session or a full cycle (6 sessions), depending on your interests and availability.
The workshops are open to everyone: adults and children aged 6 and above (children under 12 must be accompanied).
Requirements: none — open to beginners.
