Vertikal Klub, page 49 (Cindy Sherman) is part of Willem Oorebeek’s collection of life-sized figures sourced from advertisements, cut from magazines, and enlarged using either a lithographic press or a digital printer. Since 1994, he has been gathering and integrating these cut-outs into The Vertical Club, a continuously evolving installation of the same name.

This limited edition of 20 copies was specially created in 2015 and donated by Oorebeek to support the development of WIELS’ artist-in-residence program.
