Nursery school children have no difficulty operating in different worlds that apparently have nothing in common with each other. They behave and think autonomously and are highly skilled in creativity and logic. They are not developing into beings, they are already competent beings. In the documentary film ‘My feet are growing day and night’, nursery school children explore the imaginary and real world with three artists (Patries Wichers, Jessy Driessens and Sophie Vanhomwegen), a filmmaker (Elisa Kint) and a practical philosopher (Jan Knops).
